Cannot Hit

Larry Van Gary Bell asked:

I cannot hit a ball of a baseball tee. My mechanics always change on the tee and the coach has to fix them with live pitch. Any ideas?

My Response:

The most power comes when contact is made in line with front foot...wherever the pitch is located along the 17 inch width of the plate. Simply, strive to hit both live pitches and tee'd balls in line with your front foot.

TCS Post Grad Baseball Program is currently recruiting UNSIGNED 2015 graduates.  We have$219,000 in baseball scholarships for 48 players. We are determined to find players that will represent our program in the right way on and off the field.         The program offers a 40+ game schedule against college programs, 20,000 sq ft. fitness facility, 18,000 sq ft. indoor training center, home stadium that seats over 1,000 fans, dorm style living with utilities included, and most importantly.... My name is Shawn Hughes and I am the assistant baseball coach at Cisco Junior College in West Texas. We are a Division 1 Junior College.  We play in the toughest junior college conference and region in the nation. Over the past 7 yrs we have averaged 40 wins a year. We have some of the best facilities in junior college baseball. We average sending 5-10 young men a year to Division 1 schools. In 2012 we played in the Junior College World Series.  The reason for this email is to find players to help represent Cisco Junior College in the right way and to not only get to the World Series..... but to win it.
