Cannot Hit

I cannot hit a ball of a baseball tee. My mechanics always change on the tee and the coach has to fix them with live pitch. Any ideas?

My Response:

The most power comes when contact is made in line with front foot...wherever the pitch is located along the 17 inch width of the plate. Simply, strive to hit both live pitches and tee'd balls in line with your front foot.
