How Do I Work On My Batting Eye In Baseball?

When I was pitched to by a pitching machine I did fine until my dad started to change the settings on every pitch on there. How do I work on my eye so that I can hit better. When I do hit it I do well, I just want to work on having a better batting eye. Any help is appreciated,
