My name is Shawn Hughes and I am the assistant baseball coach at Cisco Junior College in West Texas. We are a Division 1 Junior College. We play in the toughest junior college conference and region in the nation. Over the past 7 yrs we have averaged 40 wins a year. We have some of the best facilities in junior college baseball. We average sending 5-10 young men a year to Division 1 schools. In 2012 we played in the Junior College World Series. The reason for this email is to find players to help represent Cisco Junior College in the right way and to not only get to the World Series..... but to win it.
If you have any players that would be interested in our program and want to be evaluated for recruitment, below are some dates and locations to do so:

Rotator cuff tear http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic.cfm?topic=a00064 Shoulder labrum tear http://orthopedics.about.com/od/shoulderelbow/a/labrum.htm SLAP tear http://www.orthoinfo.org/topic.cfm?topic=A00627 Those injuries are common with throwing athletes. You should see an orthopedist (bone joint medical doctor). He/she should do physical tests and imaging tests. This will determine what condition you have. Ultrasound can detect issues with your rotator cuffs, biceps tendons, etc. (mainly structures not blocked by bone). But if you need to see deeper into the shoulder such as the labrum, you need MR arthrogram. Consider prolotherapy. Some orthopedists do prolotherapy. See an orthopedist who does Dextrose (or other proliferant), Platelet Rich Plasma, and Stem Cell Therapy (aka prolotherapy)–a low intrusive, nonsurgical procedure involving injections of the proliferant dextrose etc., your platelets, and your stem cells. It will regenerate and heal the injury effectively and quickly. It’s best if the doctor uses ultrasound to guide the proper placement of the injections. Be sure the doctor administers multiple injections in the whole joint, not just one injection in a single location. The treatment should be thorough and comprehensive.
How Do I Work On My Batting Eye In Baseball?
When I was pitched to by a pitching machine I did fine until my dad started to change the settings on every pitch on there. How do I work on my eye so that I can hit better. When I do hit it I do well, I just want to work on having a better batting eye. Any help is appreciated,

my response:
Hit against a live arm using Dr. Bill Harrison's 'Fine Centering/Soft Centering' technique. This information can be found in detail in this blog site.
